JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
To oversee the daily operations of the guest house, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient management, guest satisfaction, and proper maintenance of facilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily guest house operations.
- Welcome guests and ensure a comfortable stay experience.
- Supervise housekeeping and support staff.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and guest records.
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Manage supplies, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Promote positive guest relations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel, guest house, or hospitality management.
- Experience supervising staff is an added advantage.
