The Lotus Brand is hiring Real Estate Agents (4) passionate about sales, customer service, and helping people find their dream property;

Key Responsibilities

• Source new clients and property listings.
• Conduct property viewings and inspections.
• Negotiate property sales and rental agreements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare and follow up on sales leads.

Requirements

• Diploma in  Management or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Kampala and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in social media marketing.
