JOB DETAILS:

The Raw Materials Controller will ensure all stock is received, issued, and accounted for with minimal variance while supervising the Raw Materials Stores.

Key Outputs and Accountabilities

• • Ensure materials are placed in correct store locations and labeled according to prescribed standards.
  • Maintain compliance of stored materials with master data requirements.
  • Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock takes.
  • Verify returned materials for safety and original condition.
  • Ensure deliveries meet company specifications and undergo quality inspection.
  • Report and follow up on non-conforming materials with stakeholders.
  • Address and report safety concerns in raw material stores to EOSH.
  • Lead and supervise the stores team.

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies

Qualifications:

• Degree in Stores Management, Inventory, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum two years of operational experience in FMCG or stores/material handling.
