Job Summary
Manage the reception, inspection, and offloading of incoming seeds and materials per production plan. Conduct process control checks during seed cleaning, treatment, and packaging operations, and maintain detailed daily mass balance reports. Prepare seed samples for external analysis, conduct internal tests, and manage seed stock and inventory. Plan and manage the loading of outgoing seeds, conduct pre-loading inspections, and ensure proper labeling and correctness of product labels during storage and dispatch.

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage reception and offloading of incoming seeds and materials according to production plan.
- Conduct inspections of incoming seeds and materials as per acceptance criteria and material specifications.
- Conduct process control checks at seeds cleaning, treatment, packaging operations
- Maintain and update detailed daily processing mass balance report
- Prepare seeds samples for external laboratory analysis
- Conduct checks during seeds storage
- Conduct rapid seeds internal tests and analysis
- Plan and manage seeds stock and inventory during storage
- Plan and manage loading of outgoing seed materials according to production plan.
- Conduct pre-loading inspections of containers and outgoing seeds
- Ensure proper labeling and check for correctness of product label
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in food science or related disciplines
- No experience required, experience working in a food industry is an added advantage
- Well conversant with GMPs and GHPs, OSHA, and Laboratory analysis.
