Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of quality of service and timely intervention for effectiveness and efficiency.
A candidate must possess a degree or its equivalent in the related area. Additional Professional qualification/ certification with the relevant bodies that govern the profession will be an added advantage. Minimum of Three years’ experience working in a similar role.
