Job Summary
Participates in all quality control activities within the manufacturing facility to ensure products meet strict regulatory standards, including carrying out analytical procedures and managing a team of quality control analysts. Implements in-process quality control procedures such as assay testing, investigates deviations, and collaborates with other departments to maintain product quality. Ensures raw materials are of good quality before storage and production, maintains compliance with cGMP guidelines throughout the production process, and works with other team heads to ensure efficient workflow. Produces monthly reports of all quality control activities and participates in planning and budgeting meetings with the Quality Control Head.

- Ensuring that products meet strict regulatory standards.
- Ensuring that carrying out analytical procedures are carried out and also by managing a team of quality control analysts.
- Implementing In- Process-Quality-Control Procedures which include; Assay testing, investigating deviations, and collaborating with other departments to maintain product quality.
- Ensuring that Raw materials are of good quality before storage and before production starts.
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines throughout the production process.
- Working with other team heads within production facility to ensure efficient work flow.
- Producing monthly reports of all Quality Control activities.
- Participating in planning and budgeting meetings with the Quality Control Head.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science and Technology, Industrial Chemistry or any other related field.
