JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:
The Pull-Ups Machine Attendant operates and monitors the machinery used in the production of pull-up products. This role is responsible for ensuring the machine runs smoothly, efficiently, and produces high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Operate, monitor, and control pull-ups manufacturing machinery.
  • Perform start-up, shut-down, and cleaning procedures for the production line.
  • Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance.
  • Report major faults to the maintenance team or supervisor.
  • Record production data, including output quantities, waste, and machine downtime.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG.
• Basic technical knowledge to understand machine operations and perform minor troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a shift-based system and attention to detail.
