Job Summary

Strategize, develop, and manage promotional campaigns, coordinate activities, oversee digital and traditional methods, lead teams, ensure brand consistency, analyze performance, manage customer relationships, and supervise events.

ROLES

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning of Promotional Campaigns

  • Campaign Development: Develop promotional strategies in line with the company’s marketing objectives and sales goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and market trends to inform promotional tactics.
  • Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively for various promotional activities and ensure campaigns stay within the approved budget.
  • Timeline Creation: Create detailed campaign timelines, ensuring that promotions align with product launches, seasonal events, or sales targets.

2. Coordination and Execution of Promotional Activities

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, design, and finance teams to align promotional efforts.
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, advertising agencies, influencers, and media partners for the smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Material Development: Oversee the creation of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, digital ads, email campaigns, and social media content.

3. Digital and Traditional Promotion Oversight

  • Online Campaigns: Manage digital promotions through social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Offline Promotions: Plan and execute traditional methods like print advertising, radio/TV commercials, billboards, trade shows, and in-store promotions.
  • Promotional Offers: Design promotional tactics such as discounts, contests, coupons, product samples, referral programs, or loyalty rewards.

4. Team Leadership and Supervision

  • Team Management: Lead a team of promotion specialists, coordinators, and interns. Assign tasks, set goals, and provide guidance.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on promotional techniques, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to optimize campaign efficiency and output quality.

5. Brand and Message Consistency

  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all promotional content and messaging are aligned with the brand’s identity, tone, and voice.
  • Compliance: Guarantee that promotions adhere to legal guidelines, advertising standards, and industry regulations.

6. Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Campaign Evaluation:Measure the effectiveness of promotional campaigns using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance for senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement:Use insights from analytics to refine future promotional strategies and improve overall effectiveness.

7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Audience Segmentation: Identify and target specific customer segments for personalized promotions.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback on promotional efforts to improve future campaigns.
  • Engagement Strategies: Develop programs to maintain and increase customer engagement and retention.

8. Event Management

  • Event Planning: Organise promotional events such as product launches, store openings, or experiential marketing activities.
  • On-site Supervision:Oversee event logistics, setup, and execution to ensure a smooth promotional experience for attendees.
