Job Summary

The Project Manager Migration is responsible for owning and driving the migration scope, roadmap, and execution across PIM, DAM, and CMS platforms. The role ensures coordination of data migration activities, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of migration waves, including pilot and rollout phases.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Own and manage the migration scope, roadmap, and priorities
• Coordinate migration planning across PIM, DAM, and CMS
• Oversee data mapping, transformation, and validation processes
• Manage dependencies between content, asset, and product data streams
• Align business and technical stakeholders across workstreams
• Lead execution of migration, including pilot runs and phased rollout
• Monitor migration progress and ensure quality and completeness
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations in a structured manner
• Ensure clear reporting and communication to program leadership

Required Skills & Competencies

Must Have Requirements

• Proven experience as Project Manager in data migration / system migration projects
• Experience with PIM, DAM, and/or CMS platforms
• Strong understanding of data migration lifecycle (mapping, transformation, validation)
• Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple streams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in risk, issue, and escalation management

Should Have

• Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with content and asset management ecosystems
• Agile and/or hybrid delivery experience
• Experience managing global or distributed teams

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in manufacturing or B2B environments
• Prior work with Optimizely or related platforms

Project & Team environment

• Part of a multi-disciplinary transformation program (PIM, DAM, CMS)
• Collaboration with IT, marketing, product data, and content teams
• Multiple parallel migration streams with strong interdependencies
• Close interaction with global stakeholders and vendor teams
