PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Lead and oversee coffee processing operations, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, workplace safety, and compliance with food safety and export standards while achieving production targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production Planning & Operations
- Quality Assurance & Food Safety
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Equipment & Process Optimization
- Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
- Production Reporting & KPI Monitoring
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, Production Management, Manufacturing, Agribusiness or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing. food processing, agro-processing or coffee processing.
- Strong leadership and production planning skills.
- Experience in export-oriented production is an added advantage.
