JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for Supervision of coffee activities like bulking, coffee hand picking, loading of containers.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervision of coffee activities like bulking, coffee hand picking, loading of containers.
• Taking of coffee bag samples during entrance or exit of the coffee.
• Reconciliation of coffee stock through stock counting.
• coffee analysis for example bhp, FAQ etc.
• Supervise the appropriate batch-wise production
• Supervise and coordinate daily coffee production activities, including drying, hulling, destoning, grading, and bagging, to meet production targets and quality standards
• supervision on all casual workers

Key Requirements
Any of the qualifications below;
• Bachelor of Food Science and Processing technology
• Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management
• industrial Engineering.
