Standard Invitation to Bidders
BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING

REF: MEMD/WRKS/2024-2025/00048 EASP

1. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development under the Electricity Scale-up Project has allocated funds to be used for the Procurement of a Supporting Consultant for Institutional Clean Cooking Solutions.
2. The Entity invites assets bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act. 2000 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and its open to all bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address office below at 8(a) from 09:00am - 01:00pm and 02:00pm - 5:00pm.
5. The bidding-document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at 8/01 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $9bn. Shifting One Hundred returned (UK$/-100,000). The number of payments will be by Bank payment advice from the holder by bidders or their authorized representative and obtaining a General Benefit from the Cash Office. The document will be picked up the bidder's authorized representative. No liability will be accepted by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development for use of this delivery.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8/01 at or before 24th July, 2025 at 11:00am.
7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security declaration. Bid Security Declaration must be valid until 07th April, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8/01 at 24th July, 2025 at 11:30am.
