Job Requirements
Core Experience
- At least 3 years of working experience in pesticide sales management, with mature sales operation experience and customer resources in Jinja, Lira, Masindi, Mbunde, Mbarara, Container Village, or Soroti regional markets.
Capability Requirements
- Possess excellent market development ability, business negotiation ability, team coordination ability, and pressure resistance.
- Able to independently complete regional sales target layout and implementation.
Personal Traits
- Results-oriented.
- Proactive.
- Strong market insight.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional sales ethics.
