Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve customers efficiently and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain clean and organized service areas.
- Respond to customer requests professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE/S.4 Certificate).
- Previous experience as a waitress is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
