JOB DETAILS:

• Job Summary: To maintain and enhance the property's appearance by performing all painting, varnishing, and wallcovering tasks.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, filling).
  • Paint interior and exterior surfaces of the hotel.
  • Perform touch-ups and minor repairs to painted surfaces.
  • Maintain painting equipment and inventory of supplies.
  • Work with various types of paints, stains, and wallcoverings.
• Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in a hotel or commercial setting.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding.
