REQUIREMENT:

Oversee daily fuel deliveries, perform dip-stick or automated stock reconciliation, and manage the Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.

Manage cash flows, prepare daily sales and banking reports, balance accounts, and adjust local fuel prices in accordance with company policies and market conditions.

Supervise, recruit, train, and schedule pump attendants, cashiers, and cleaners to ensure exceptional customer service.

Drive site profitability by cross-selling products and managing customer loyalty programs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations (e.g., smoking zones, handling hazardous materials, fire safety) and ensure the station complies with Ugandan environmental laws.

Typically 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in fuel retail, oil and gas, or high volume site operations.

Strong financial acumen, proficiency in computerized systems, and excellent
