Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day call center operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
  • Manage and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain regulatory compliance and optimize call center operations.
  • Analyze call center data, monitor budgets, and review financial reports to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency within the call center.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating to senior management as needed.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs specific to call center functions.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on call center performance to senior management.
  • Maintain a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in call center management or operations-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of call center operations, regulatory compliance, and business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in call center software and tools.
