Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day call center operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Manage and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain regulatory compliance and optimize call center operations.
- Analyze call center data, monitor budgets, and review financial reports to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency within the call center.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, clients, and partners.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating to senior management as needed.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs specific to call center functions.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on call center performance to senior management.
- Maintain a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in call center management or operations-related roles.
- Strong understanding of call center operations, regulatory compliance, and business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in call center software and tools.
