Responsibilities or duties,

• Direct accounting, budgeting, grant management and compliance while building internal controls to protect the organisation's assets.
• Manage operations and procurement performance to keep programs running efficiently and resources well managed.
• Serve as a team leader, running staff performance reviews, tracking program impact and mentoring the administrative team.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills),

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with CPA qualification.
• Deep knowledge in fund accounting, tax filing, QuickBooks, financial reporting, writing and compliance.

Experience needed,

• At least 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience with more than 3 years in a senior management role.
