Responsibilities:

• • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Develop and create new, innovative cocktail recipes for the menu.
  • Ensure the bar area is fully stocked, clean, and well-organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and make recommendations.
  • Manage bar inventory, place orders, and control stock to minimize waste.
  • Adhere to all alcohol licensing laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender, with a focus on craft cocktails.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and spirits.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Formal training from a bartending or mixology school is an advantage.
