We’re hiring a MEL Advisor at Kabukye Trust.

Every claim we make about our impact has to be true before it’s useful. We’re looking for someone who keeps our evidence honest including the findings that don’t flatter us.

Responsibilities

You’ll build MEL frameworks, log frames, and theories of change from scratch, run data collection end to end, and lead learning reviews that turn findings into real programme changes.

Requirements

• Degree in Public Health, Statistics, or Data Analysis
• 3+ years’ dedicated MEL experience
• Proven experience designing MEL frameworks from scratch
• Proficiency with ODK/Kobo Toolbox and SPSS, Stata, or R.
