Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and child-centered Lower Primary Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction in both English and Mathematics. The ideal candidate will build foundational literacy and numeracy skills in young learners, preparing them for future academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver interactive, engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum for lower primary classes.
• Foster foundational reading, writing, speaking, and mathematical thinking skills.
• Create a welcoming, secure, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Conduct regular assessments, mark assignments, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Identify students who need extra attention and design supportive learning strategies for them.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Primary Teacher Education (Grade III or equivalent).
• Skills: Excellent command of English and basic mathematics pedagogy. Strong classroom  management and child psychology skills.
• Experience: Proven teaching experience in lower primary classes is an added advantage.
• Attributes: Energetic, creative, patient, and deeply passionate about early childhood development.
