M&E OFFICER FOR THE EYE-C PROGRAM UNDER BCU Bugisu Cooperative Union (BCU) is seeking a results-oriented M&E Officer to track program performance, measure impact and support evidence-based decision making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop M&E frameworks, tools and indicators.
• Collect, analyze and interpret data to track progress.
• Prepare timely reports and share insights with stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and management.
• Support learning and continuous improvement of programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Social  Sciences, Agriculture or related field.
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in M&E or data management.
• Strong skills in data collection tools (Kobo, ODK, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
