Job Description/Requirements
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for artists, releases
- Coordinate cross-channel strategies (social media, PR, influencer marketing, email marketing,etc.).
- Align marketing efforts with artist branding and target audience.
2. Market Research & Audience Analysis
- Analyze market trends and audience behavior to inform strategies.
- Track competitors and industry developments to identify opportunities.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance.
3. Digital & Social Media Management
- Oversee content creation and scheduling for social platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators and digital marketing teams.
- Manage paid advertising across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
4. Artist & Label Collaboration
- Work closely with artists, managers, and labels to align marketing goals.
- Coordinate release schedules and promotional timelines.
- Ensure the artist’s image and message are consistently communicated.
5. PR & Media Outreach
- Develop press kits and coordinate with media outlets for coverage.
- Manage relationships with bloggers, journalists, and influencers.
- Organize interviews, press events, and media appearances.
6. Event Promotion
- Promote concerts, tours, listening parties, and other live events.
- Collaborate with event organizers and ticketing platforms.
- Create pre- and post-event buzz through various channels.
7. Budget Management
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets.
- Track ROI for different campaigns and platforms.
- Optimize spending for maximum impact.
8. Partnership Development
- Identify and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
- Negotiate deals and manage co-branded marketing initiatives.
9. Content Strategy
- Guide the creation of music videos, promotional visuals, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Ensure consistency across all visual and narrative elements.
10. Reporting & Analytics
