JOB DETAILS:

Reporting to the marketing manager, the Centonomy Uganda Marketing Associate will oversee the planning and execution of key program activities, manage client relationships, and drive marketing and brand awareness efforts. The role includes handling customer inquiries, overseeing social media engagement, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth through financial and budget management.

 

Responsibilities

1. Program Management

  • Oversee the planning and execution of key program activities, including orientations, graduation, bonus classes, and guest speaker events.
  • Maintain client relationships, with support from the Kenyan team.
  • Handle email and message communication with potential clients.
  • Provide class administration support and customer service as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate program feedback to drive continuous improvement.

2. Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Centonomy Uganda program.
  • Manage marketing projects, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution.
  • Drive sales efforts and manage the program’s customer database.
  • Handle customer inquiries and enhance brand awareness.
  • Organize and manage events to promote the program.
  • Oversee social media engagement with support from the Kenyan team.

 

3. Partnerships & Networking

    • Establish and maintain partnerships with key influencers for brand building and marketing.
    • Collaborate with suppliers for event venues, livestream services, and communication platforms.
    • Engage with organizations and HR departments for potential corporate training opportunities.
    • Build partnerships with media stations to enhance brand visibility.

 

4. Financial Management & Revenue Growth

  • Develop revenue targets and budgets for the Centonomy Uganda program.
  • Forecast product sales and align them with financial goals.
  • Ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Manage class payments and monitor cash flow.
  • Provide input on product pricing based on market research and competitive analysis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure suitable partnerships.
  • Draft and present partnership proposals.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance.
  • Maintain strong, long-term partner relationships.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing, sales, program management, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Event planning and execution experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
