Role Overview
As a Marketeer, you will play a critical role in promoting our products and services to businesses and groups. You will work in a dynamic team environment under the supervision of the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a passion for sales and marketing. Your efforts will directly impact our market presence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Negotiate with retail merchants to improve product exposure, including shelf positioning and advertising.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, uses, and credit terms. 3. Consult with clients post-sale to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.

• Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.

• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activities.
• Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
• Education: Post-secondary diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a sales or marketing role.

• Required Skills: Active Listening, Speaking, Persuasion, Negotiation, Active Learning.
• Knowledge Areas: Sales and Marketing, Customer and Personal Service, Computers and Electronics.
• Language Proficiency: English, Luganda.

Preferred Qualifications
• Preferred Responsibilities: - Prepare sales contracts and order forms.
• Desired Additional Skills: - Critical Thinking - Judgment and Decision-Making - Time Management.

• Beneficial Experience: - Experience with product recommendations based on customer needs.
