POSITION: Laboratory Technician

Job Summary:
The Laboratory Technician performs laboratory tests and procedures to support accurate diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention while maintaining quality laboratory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and process patient specimens.
• Perform laboratory tests and analyses.
• Record and report laboratory results accurately.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Observe laboratory safety and quality control procedures.
• Ensure proper specimen handling and storage.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Diploma or Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Registered with the Allied Health Professionals Council.
• Valid practicing license.
• Previous laboratory experience is an advantage.
