Background

The Club is premier members’ social and sports Club and strategically located in one of the most prime and upscale areas of Kampala Capital City on Plot 8, Ternan Avenue, Nakasero. Because of the high-end nature and prime environment of the Club, high quality service providers with reputable profiles are required.

Providers of goods and services are required for:
(i) direct contracts; (ii) framework contracts; and (iii) prequalification.

(g) Servicing sauna and steam
(h) Servicing computers
(i) Audit services
(j) Music, public address system and entertainment services
(k) Provision of marketing services

(iii) Prequalification
(a) Supply of stationery and office equipment
(b) Printing services
(c) Supply of electrical materials
(d) Supply of plumbing materials
(e) Supply of building materials

1. Kampala Club Ltd invites bids from eligible bidders for goods and services above.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from 3.00am to 5.00pm at this address; General Manager’s office at Kan pala Club House on Plot 8, Ternan Avenue, Nakasero. www.kampalaclub.co.ug

3. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of:
   (i) Direct Contracts- UGX 200,000
   (ii) Framework Contracts - UGX 50,000
   (iii) Prequalification- UGX 30,000.

4. Bids must be delivered to the tender box at the address above before 3.00pm and opening shall take place at 3:15 pm on 8th August 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

5. For direct contracts (a), there shall be a physical inspection of the premises at Kampala Club on August 6, 2025 at 11:00AM. For (a), the bidders who responded to the previous advert do not need to pay again but can obtain new bid documents.

6. The bidding documents will be available from the August 4, 2025 and issued from the General Manager’s Office.

7. The Executive Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving any reason thereof, and is not bound to offer the highest bidder.
