The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation in Kampala, Uganda, invites registered, reputable, and qualified suppliers to submit firm offers for the tender below:

Eligible and qualified suppliers registered with the relevant government authorities in Uganda, with solid financial standing, proven and relevant experience in meeting UNHCR requirements, are invited to participate in this tender.

Bid documents will be accessed through your UNHCR Supplier account. Registered suppliers may log in via https://supplier-portal.unhcr.org to access the tender documents and submit their bids.

The deadline for bid(s) submission is 11th June 2026 at 17:00 Hrs EAT. Bids will not be accepted after the closing date and time specified in the advertisement.

UNHCR reserves the right to accept, reject, postpone, or cancel the bid process at any stage without prior notice.

UNHCR tenders documents are provided free of charge. No payment is required to access or obtain the documents, and applicants are advised not to make any payments in this regard.
