2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding Method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, as amended, and is open to all eligible bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm during official working hours.
The Bidding Document may be purchased by interested parties from the PDU office at Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation, Plot 8, 12 Airport Road, Entebbe. Upon Payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only), Account No. 9030005915138 (Stanbic Bank) or through mobile money, MTN Merchant Code: 316414 and Airtel Merchant ID: 1165413 in the names of Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation
Bids must be delivered to Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation, Plot 8, Airport Road, Entebbe, at or before 2:00 pm on 16th March 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend on 16th March 2026.
