INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR THE SALE OF NTUNGAMO DISTRICT LOCAL GOVERNMENT USED ASSETS
DISPOSAL NOTICE UNDER PUBLIC BIDDING
Disposal Reference number. NTUN911 /DISPOSAL/2025-2026/00001
Ntungamo District Local Government Intends to sell Used Assets. The Assets are sold on an "as is, where is" basis and Ntungamo District Local Government will have no further liability after sale.
Ntungamo District Local Government now invites sealed bids for the purchase of Used Assets.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act CAP 205, 2003 of the Government of Uganda and is open to all bidders.
Interested bidders may inspect the Used Assets at Ntungamo District Local Government headquarters and Itojo hospital. Days of Inspection are Monday to Friday Time: 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
Interested bidders may obtain further Information from Ntungamo District Local Government Procurement and Disposal Unit, and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below(a) from 9.00 am to 5.00pm.
The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by Interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 30,000.
Bids must be delivered to the address below(a) at or before 11.00 am on July 30, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address(a) below at 11:15 am on July 30, 2026.
