Job summary
To provide first-line IT support across the organization by maintaining computer systems, networks, software and office technology, ensuring timely technical assistance while supporting business continuity and basic cybersecurity.
Job descriptions & requirements
· Provide first-line IT support to employees.
· Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
· Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
· Maintain internet and Wi-Fi connectivity.
· Create and manage user accounts, emails, and passwords.
· Install software updates and antivirus solutions.
· Perform routine data backups.
· Maintain an IT asset register.
· Coordinate repairs with external vendors.
· Prepare monthly IT reports and improvement recommendations.
· Support company website and digital platforms where required.
