Job Purpose:

To manage and support the hotel’s workforce by ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle staff welfare, payroll support, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
• Manage employee performance reviews and disciplinary processes.
• Organize staff training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
