JOB DETAILS:

The HRIS Officer is the bridge between HR processes and technology. They manage, maintain, and optimize the HR software that stores all employee data.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the system administrator for the organization's HRIS.
    • Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and cleaning up discrepancies.
    • Generate standard and custom reports for HR and management (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity metrics).
    • Troubleshoot system issues and serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries and problems.
    • Lead or support the implementation of new HRIS modules or systems.
    • Test system updates and new functionalities.
    • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation and conduct training for HR staff and managers.
    • Manage system access and security permissions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in specific HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Understanding of data structures and reporting tools is crucial.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation) to effectively configure the system.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
