Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field. Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or HR administration experience ideally in a fast-paced high-growth environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Workday Greenhouse) HRIS platforms MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint). Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills able to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. Organization & Multitasking: Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry compliance and documentation. Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic listener team player and skilled at maintaining confidentiality.
Job Summary
As an HR Recruiter & Administrator, you will be the driving force behind sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent, while providing essential admin support to the Human Resources team. You’ll partner with hiring managers across departments to understand their staffing needs, manage full-cycle recruitment processes, maintain HR data integrity.

Job Description/Requirements
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment—from drafting job postings and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and closing positions.
- Sourcing Strategies: Utilize a diverse mix of channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, assess cultural fit, and schedule in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination: Serve as primary liaison for candidates and interview panels—managing calendars, interview logistics, and feedback collection.
- Offer Management: Prepare and send offer letters, negotiate compensation within approved ranges, and facilitate background checks and reference calls.
HR Administration
- HRIS & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Orchestrate new-hire orientation sessions, prepare onboarding paperwork, set up workstations and system access, and conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
- Policy & Compliance: Assist with the maintenance and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks; monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular recruitment and HR metrics reports (time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, turnover rates) to inform strategic decision-making.
- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day HR inquiries from employees, schedule HR meetings and training sessions, manage office supplies, and maintain departmental budgets.
