Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
• Minimum of five years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability in resource mobilization, planning & allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with policies & procedures.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment processes.
