Job Purpose

To coordinate, manage, and oversee all refereeing aspects of FUFA competitions, ensuring proper appointment, performance monitoring, and compliance with refereeing standards in line with FUFA, CAF, and FIFA regulations. To support the integrity, fairness, and professionalism of competitions through effective referee management and collaboration with the FUFA Referees Department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Administration, or related field

• Experience in football administration or refereeing environment

 

 

• Good understanding of the Laws of the GameKnowledge in refereeing or a former Referee.
