Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver excellent guest service.
- Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff while promoting a positive work culture.
- Ensure the hotel is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
- Monitor occupancy rates, manage budgets, and control operational costs.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and corporate clients.
