JOB DETAILS:
Qualification and Person Specification
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Institutional Catering or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.
- Three years working experience in a reputable Institution.
- Well-developed managerial, interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Knowledge of strategic planning
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accounting Officer of the Hotel.
- Supervise staff and operations of the Hotel at all levels and set clear targets.
- Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the set targets and objectives.
