Qualification and Person Specification

• A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Institutional Catering or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.
• Three years working experience in a reputable Institution.
• Well-developed managerial, interpersonal and public relations skills.
• Knowledge of strategic planning

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Accounting Officer of the Hotel.
2. Supervise staff and operations of the Hotel at all levels and set clear targets.

• Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the set targets and objectives.
