Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of the school.
• Implement educational policies and promote inclusive learning practices.
• Oversee staff performance, student welfare, and academic programs.
• Foster partnerships with stakeholders including parents, church, and local authorities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Master’s is an added advantage).
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Proven commitment to inclusive and special needs education.
• Strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
