Key Responsibilities:

• Lead academic programs and school performance across Cambridge and UNEB streams.
• Inspire and manage a diverse team of educators.
• Ensure student welfare, discipline, and safeguarding.
• Strengthen operations, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support school branding and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Master’s in Education Management preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in school leadership or senior academic roles.
• Experience with international and local curricula (Cambridge/UNEB).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for nurturing every child’s potential.
