JOB DETAILS:

The Successful Candidate Will;

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.
    • Lead nationwide market coverage with consistent field presence (18–20 days per month) to drive deeper penetration.
    • Ensure strong product placement, visibility, and brand presence across key outlets and trade channels.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities, channels, and strategic partnerships to drive growth.
    • Build, manage, and optimize distributor networks, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and capability development.
    • Collaborate with the trade marketing team to plan and execute activations, promotions, and brand placement programs.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team, fostering a results-driven culture with clear KPIs.
    • Drive innovative sales and marketing initiatives to support business growth and competitive advantage.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to generate insights and opportunities.
    • Present data-driven recommendations and ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Any other duties assigned by the GM – Sales

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration (Marketing Option) or any other related field.
  • MBA (Marketing / Business Administration or related field).
  • Minimum 15 years in Sales & Marketing, with proven leadership as a Sales Head.
  • Must be from Beverage or Tier 2 FMCG companies.
  • Not more than 35–37 years.

  • Proven record as a go-getter with entrepreneurial drive.
  • Effective team management and leadership skills.
  • Distributor and channel management expertise.
