Lead the sales function across Uganda for spirits, wine, and beer. Responsible for delivering revenue, market share, and distribution growth across both on-trade and off-trade channels. Manage teams, distributors, and key customer relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Manage sales teams and distributors to meet volume and revenue targets
- Drive growth in on-trade, off-trade, and modern trade channels
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and trade execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with alcohol sales laws and regulations
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
- Report on sales performance and adjust plans accordingly
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 7+ years in sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role in FMCG or alcoholic beverages
- Experience in Uganda markets
- Strong distributor and key account management experience
- Data-driven, with strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to travel extensively
