Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a German Language Reviewer - AI Trainer and play an essential role in shaping the future of AI-driven language technology. In this fully remote, part-time position, you'll harness your expertise in German linguistics and communication to evaluate, refine, and enhance the linguistic authenticity and accuracy of AI-generated German content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess AI-generated German content for linguistic accuracy, fluency, and natural expression.
• Identify and distinguish between native and non-native German speech and writing samples.
• Deliver insightful, detailed feedback to improve AI understanding of German grammar, idioms, and regional nuances.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to enhance AI voice models, focusing on accent recognition and clarity.
• Analyze and annotate voice and text data, ensuring high standards in pronunciation, vocabulary, and authenticity.
• Contribute to developing robust assessment frameworks for native German identification and language quality control.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations and actively participate in ongoing quality assurance initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native-level proficiency in German with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to recognize and evaluate various German accents and dialects.
• Academic background in German Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for language quality.
• Prior experience in content reviewing, editing, language assessment, or similar roles.
• Skilled in providing clear, actionable, and constructive feedback.
• Self-motivated and able to deliver high-quality work independently in a remote setting.
