Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests, manage check-ins/checkouts.
- Address guest inquiries professionally.Guest Services:
- Reservations & Communication:
- Handle room bookings via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Respond promptly to inquiries.
- Social Media Management:
- Post content, respond to messages, and promote offers on the hotel’s social media.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a front desk or customer service role.
- Hospitality industry experience (preferred).Experience:
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
