Role Responsibilities

• Leverage an active food delivery app account and order history to provide realistic user data and scenarios.
• Generate authentic search intents and document user journeys on grocery and food delivery platforms.
• Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations.
• Document thought processes and reasoning with clear, well-written explanations in English.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer s team to support ongoing AI training initiatives.
• Identify usability issues, suggest improvements, and flag inconsistencies across different platforms.

Requirements

• Be active users of food delivery apps with documented order history and not be restaurant owners or drivers.
• Have strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food delivery ecosystems.
• Be able to create realistic search intents and accurately evaluate search result relevance.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
• Be proficient in using smartphones or desktops with food delivery apps installed.
