Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our dining and beverage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service and quality standards.

Job Description/Requirements
- Plan, organise, and oversee daily food and beverage operations in restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and catering.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control of food, beverages, and equipment.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service staff, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Supervise F&B staff (waiters, bartenders, supervisors, etc.).
- Schedule shifts and allocate duties to ensure proper coverage.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Promote teamwork, motivation, and professional growth among staff.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle complaints efficiently.
- Maintain strong customer relations and gather guest feedback for improvement.
- Anticipate customer needs and create personalised dining experiences.
