Job Summary: The successful candidate will oversee maintenance and operational readiness of the company’s fleet, including trucks, pickups, double-cabin vehicles, vans, motorcycles and other company vehicles.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Experience managing fleet maintenance within a manufacturing, logistics or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and vehicle servicing.
• Ability to diagnose operational issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Experience supervising mechanics, garages and service providers.
• Good understanding of vehicle spare parts and maintenance requirements.
• Ability to control maintenance costs and minimize fleet downtime.
• Experience maintaining maintenance records and fleet performance reports.
