JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

To manage the end to end financial operations of Strategic Engagement Limited, including establishing robust internal controls, overseeing payroll, msuring fall tax compliance, and preparing monthly management mports. The role requires a self-driven professional to take full ownership of the finance function and support the firm's continued growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• ACCA or CPA Level Ill land abovel is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in financial accounting
• 1 year a standalone/independent finance role Consulting/SME environment preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software (eg. QuickBooks, Tally) & Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Uganda tax laws (VAT, WHT, PAYE) and NSSF regulations.
