A Finance Manager at GS construction oversees financial health, monitoring and reporting account balance sheet ensuring profitability, preparing and approving modules for employee and suppliers, responsible for collecting external payment to the company, compliance, and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include budgeting, risk management, financial reporting, cost control, investment strategies, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or Finance specialization) is preferred for senior roles.
- 15+Proven experience in construction project financial management and Strong background in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and risk management in construction finance.
- Proficiency in financial software like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Procore
- Knowledge of construction cost estimation tools such as CostX or RSMeans.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Vendor Management – Securing favorable terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Problem-Solving – Addressing financial challenges and finding cost-effective solutions.
- Leadership & Team Coordination – Managing finance teams and collaborating with project managers.
- Communication & Reporting – Presenting financial insights to executives and stakeholders.
- Decision-Making Under Pressure – Handling financial uncertainties and making strategic choices.
Reporting Structure:
The operation manager will report directly to the General manager and collaborate closely with site and office engineers, architects, operator and other members of the company’s team.
